Opportunity

A new DTC company is challenging the ways customers receive freshly prepared meals to their doorsteps at safe and compliant temperatures.   

Approach

We worked with the Client to identify specific challenges within a multi-level supply chain across different market.  Foodwit designed and developed a right-sized approach to temperature studies to evaluate current supply chain controls. The study design gathered data to inform future supplier expectations as well as transport and warehousing requirements.
